Before you get started on reading the ban list below I would like to mention that we have a few canon characters that are in serious need of adopting! The following characters are needed:

Alrighty, due to the unbalanced numbers of certain houses as well as genders, the following are the new special conditions on character applications

o1. no applications for slytherin characters. -> see exception oa
o2. no applications for female characters. -> see exception ob
o3. no applications for student animagus. -> see exception oc
o4. no applications for special abilities such as metamorphmagus. -> see exception od

oa. you may apply as a slytherin character if:
i. the character is a first, second, third, or fourth year only.
ii. the character is on the canon list or a requested character in adoptables.

ob. you may apply as a female character if:
i. the character is a first, second, third, or fourth year only.
ii. the character is a hufflepuff (any year)
iii. the character is on the canon list or a requested in adoptables.
iv. if you are applying as a professor, lycan, or adult witch.

oc. you may not have an animagus student however, we will allow a seventh year student work on becoming an animagus provided that you have the permission of a rebels administrator.

od. your character may not have special abilities unless it is approved by a rebels administrator.
